The Intelligent Impressions' web to print system is template based. Templates are constructed to client specifications and data is entered into these templates either directly through web based forms or through a comma separated variable (CSV) database file.

1.	Intelligent Impressions' professional design staff visits the client site and works with personnel, existing art and printed materials and translates them into templates.
2.	A custom ordering center is set up on our server cluster, customized to blend with your existing web infrastructure.
3.	After testing, a technical person is dispatched to the client site and trains as many employees as necessary and answers any questions about the service.
4.	Phone help for the service is available during the hours of 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Friday.
