Intelligent Impressions' goal is to streamline the print ordering process for businesses from a traditional job-shop, where all jobs are handled with intensive manual labor to a web based solution in which the customer is in control of the production process.

To accomplish this, the Intelligent Impressions' system relies on three essential elements.

1. Customer training and support. We train as many employees as necessary on the operation of the system and how to properly prepare files for uploading into the Intelligent Impressions' system.

2. The entire Intelligent Impressions System is based around the Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF).

3. The ordering system relies upon predefined templates which the Intelligent Impressions' development team creates to your print specifications.

Through streamlining, we can bring the cost of producing print media down, reduce errors, and decrease turnaround time.
